The Everten Group is Australia’s favourite family owned Kitchenware Shop and was one of Australia’s first online kitchenware retailers. Everten provide the widest range of knives and kitchenware to service both commercial, professional chefs and even the home cook that dreams of starring on Master Chef. The Everten Group now houses several businesses which rely on Fishbowl intimately to ensure all online orders are fulfilled both nationally and internationally.
The Solution
Fishbowl manages our entire warehouse in terms of purchasing, stock management and Sales Order processing. Fishbowl is our central nervous system; all of our orders from our websites flow into and then from Fishbowl, into our shipping software, Starshipit. We’ve implemented Fishbowl for 4 of our companies which all function in the same warehouse and another 3 companies which are managed outside of the warehouse but under the same management.

Our next big project is to tighten up our integration between Fishbowl and other shipping and E-commerce systems to reduce double handling of work and provide a better understanding of the order status by just logging into Fishbowl.
