Can Fishbowl be used for stock alerts & reminders?

Yes. Fishbowl has a Monitor module that completely tracks your inventory levels and helps prevent shortages. All you need to do is specify the reorder point – the minimum inventory level – for a specific part. Then you’re all set! As Fishbowl monitors your stock, it provides two warning levels for your inventory management:

  • Alert Level, which tells you when the quantity of a specific part hits the reorder point.
  • Critical Level, which is issued when that part’s quantity drops to 50% below the reorder point.
  • When a part reaches the alert or critical level, it will appear on the screen with a colour coding. Yellow means alert level, and red means critical level.

How customisable is the Fishbowl asset tracking?

Fishbowl’s asset tracking software is customisable and has several implementation approaches that can be tailored to your business’s unique challenges and needs.

For example: Fishbowl’s software modules have built-in options for entering custom fields for any part or product you have so that your exact tracking requirements are fully implemented.

Fishbowl’s Reports module can generate over 150 standard reports, each of which can be tailored to your specific requirements. To change a report from its default settings, all you have to do is click the “Modify Report” button and then change the various report filters to customise it.
