Fishbowl Software Updates

Please check which version suits your environment before downloading.

If you have any issues downloading, or would like to book a time for a Fishbowl Software Consultant to install the update for you, please contact our team on 1300 785 755 (AU), or 0800 785 755 (NZ).

  1. If you do not already have a 2023 license key, call our team on 1300 785 755.
  2. If you would like the Fishbowl Inventory team to update your Fishbowl software for you, please call our team on 1300 785 755 in advance to arrange a date.
  3. If upgrading Fishbowl from a version before 2018, your shipping integrations will need to be reconnected after installing.
  4. Any Custom Reports and/or Custom Integrations may need to be updated to work with 2022. Please contact our team on 1300 785 755 before upgrading to ensure they will work with the new version.
  5. If this is your first time updating to 2018.4 or later, the information you used to setup your shopping cart plugin will need to be re-entered in the Plugins module after updating. It is important you have a copy of this.
  6. If you have a Custom Plugin, you will need to contact your Developer to let them know you intend to update Fishbowl.
  7. Once the Fishbowl Server has been updated, the Fishbowl Client will automatically update the first time you run Fishbowl.


There is now only one installer for both Fishbowl Warehouse and Fishbowl Manufacturing.

The 32-bit version of Fishbowl is no longer supported.


If you have any custom integrations to 3rd party software, please do not update until you speak with the developer of these integrations.

This is due to changes made as part of Updating third party dependencies.
