Junior Software Developer
(6-month contract position, with option of permanent full-time)

This position will be on a 6-month full-time contract basis, with the option of a permanent position thereafter.

The primary goal of the Junior Developer is to conceptualise and assist in driving the software development and growth of SalesIn – B2B eCommerce and Sales Rep App.

As the Junior Developer, you will have an ‘it can be done’ attitude. Your dynamic energy, quality of work and output, and desire to champion continuous improvement and innovation will be a winning combination to ensure that SalesIn becomes a product that adds value and is loved by companies around the world.

  • Development, testing, maintenance and documentation of the SalesIn platform
  • Assisting Testers to write test cases
  • Collaborating with Testers and Support team to diagnose and fix bugs
  • Engage in typical Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retros
  • Adherence to company coding standards and practices

Accounts & Admin
(full-time, permanent position)

This position will suit someone just starting out in their career, ideally with some office admin and accounts experience but it’s not essential. We want to train you in this role.

Most importantly, we need someone with loads of initiative and energy who loves being super organised and has a strong attention to detail and data accuracy.


Some Tasks & responsibilities

    Daily Office Admin:

    • Admin Onboarding for new Fishbowl clients
    • Sending/receiving forms to clients for software memberships and licensing
    • Filing and managing client documents and forms (online)
    • Management of main client data in CRM, Mail Chimp and other systems such as Accounting and recurring Billing system


    • Accounts receivables
    • Accounts and payments reconciliation

    Office management:

    • Management of office kitchen and cleaning supplies
    • Overseeing the office is well maintained, clean (not doing full cleaning/vacuuming, just tidying) and organised
    • Assistant to Management team in daily admin tasks

Simon Jupe, Managing Director

Simon Jupe is the Managing Director of Fishbowl Inventory Asia Pacific. Simon started as an end user in the United States and noticed the potential for the Australian Market that was begging for an inventory and manufacturing solution for small to medium sized businesses. Fishbowl was that solution, equipped with the same tools as the big boys at a fraction of the cost.

We are super proud to have our whole team based in Mooloolaba, on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, just 1-hour north of Brisbane.

Our team is on your time zone, here to help in ‘real-life’ either over the telephone, or face to face, onsite in your business.

It’s not just about the data, it’s also about the people. We pride ourselves in having the best local team on the planet, with all support and sales done through our beautiful Sunshine Coast office, 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (AEST).
