We Train and We Support

The great thing about the Fishbowl Support Team is that the people who train you and your workforce in Fishbowl are the same people who support you every step of the way.

Fishbowl offers software training coming in a range of one, two and three day packages, and the same team members who offer training are also the guys that offer support. They pride themselves on fast turnaround and have an intimate knowledge of the software they love.

The Ocean Support Program for user support on Fishbowl is excellent. I always have my questions answered in a timely fashion which enables us to get on with running our business.

Ocean Support Membership FAQ

What Does the Ocean Support Membership Entitle You To?

This is what you receive when you sign up for our Ocean Support membership program:

  • Priority phone support between the hours 8am to 5pm (AEST), Monday to Friday.
  • Unlimited email support.
  • Regular Product Training videos.
  • Discounts on any future consulting, report customisation and Fishbowl hosted events.

What is the Ocean Support Membership Pricing?

Pricing for the Ocean Support program starts at $120AUD a month for 2 user Fishbowl Warehouse edition and while you are at it you can also sign up to our Software Maintenance membership starting at $75AUD, which ensures you are kept up-to-date with the latest and greatest version of the Fishbowl Software.

What if I Am Not A Member of the Ocean Support Program?

Not to worry if you are in a bit of a jam, we still offer support to companies that a not a part of the Ocean Support Program.

Ocean Support members will receive priority service, but our helpful support staff will be able to assist you at a rate of $195 an hour, charged in 15 minute blocks. This includes new clients that have completed an online kick off session with an Inventory Software Specialist, and all support after this session is chargeable unless you become a member of the Ocean Support program.
