Manufacturing – Fishbowl has the ability to add notes, instructions, and labour costs to work orders. You can also perform available-to-build calculations to make sure you have enough materials on-hand to complete manufacturing jobs.

Serial Numbers – To separate all of your items and track them across multiple locations, you can attach serial numbers to them.

Staging – Electronics often require many manufacturing steps that must be done in the right order. Sub-assemblies allow you to create a bill of materials for each stage of production.

QuickBooks Integration – You’re in luck if you use QuickBooks because Fishbowl integrates seamlessly with it to eliminate double data entry and discrepancies between the two solutions.

Attach PDFs to Orders via Dropbox – Fishbowl uses Dropbox to allow PDFs to be attached to sales orders and purchase orders. That way, you can include important information that goes beyond simple notes and instructions.

Kits – The kitting feature lets you group together several products under one header. This makes it quicker to add items to sales orders and offer price discounts to specific customers.

Scanning – The Fishbowl Go app lets you use your smartphone or tablet as a barcode scanner. Print barcode labels to attach to items and shelves and then scan them to pick, transfer, and reorder items.
